How I Ship

All orders are shipped via USPS Economy shipping. Delivery typically takes 2–8 business days after your order is processed, though I cannot guarantee delivery times once a package is in USPS's hands.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

At Happy Hive, I take pride in handcrafting small-batch beeswax products with care and quality ingredients. I have a limited return policy as outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the handmade and natural nature of Happy Hive products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect in your product, please contact me within 5 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damaged or defective item

I'll make it right with a replacement or store credit, at my discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date and I will work with you to find a resolution.

I am not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
